Full Journal pdf2001-05-08 House Journal Page 1742 HCR 17 Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1707) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17(RES) Expressing the legislature's support for sale of a portion of Alaska's North Slope natural gas for electrical generation to power data centers within the North Slope Borough. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17(JUD) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHCR 17(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHCR 17(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHCR 17(RES)?"
